Scratch - T2 -Basic Game
Controls:
A - Rotate lefts
S - Rotate Right
Up Arrow - Move Up
Down Arrow - Move Down
Right Arrow - Move Right
Left Arrow - Move Left
Space Bar - Fire!
I made an extra change to the game, Each time you score another 5, another planet will show up. Each new planet moves faster to the bottom by .1 speed, the slowest being 2 seconds and the fastest being 1.5 seconds. The last time a new planet will spawn is at the score of 25. The game is never ending, and you beat the game when you are satisfied with your score.

Scratch -T1 -Drawing
I didn't like the forever loop because the sprites blocked the drawings, and the drawings were not in sync. So I made each sprite hide when they were done drawing whatever they were drawing.

GJ - Day 2 - Preview
In the above photo I land on the foreign planet starting with nothing but the dropship, my colonists and all of the resources held within.
In this screenshot you see I have built an oxygen generator, a power source, and a water collector and was currently waiting on my airlock to complete the its building process.
This is my third screenshot, if you look at it you will see that I have completed building my airlock, recycled my drop ship, built a generator and a windmill, I've also build a cafeteria. You cant hardly see the building because of bad screen placement but there is also a dorm (bedroom) at the bottom right of the photo.
In the photo above I included one of the messages in the screenshot to show my progression in the tutorial. You see that I have also build a bio dome, a mine, and a workshop(not sure exactly what it is called). The purpose of the bio dome is to provide food and starch for the colony, starch can be crafted into bio plastic by an engineer. The mine is was created so I would have a way to get more metal, in the mine workers initially mine ore, than an engineer crafts it into metal on the workshop.
Absolutely no progress is shown in this photo, I only included it because the above photo is clogged up with that message in the middle of its screen.
In the screenshot shown above, I am displaying that I have built a sick bay, made sure that all structures are connected and am currently waiting for a bed to be built. If you look next to the workshop you will notice that I have also made building holding a spares workshop within it.
If you look at the screenshot above you will notice that I have reached self sufficiency I have also built a landing pad which means that I am now ready to receive more colonists / trade with trading ships. If you look at the bottom mid-left of the screen you will notice a structure that is not completely in the screen shot, that is a labarotory, where a medic can craft more medical supplys, also the new building connected to the landing pad is a sick bay, if you look within the building you will see one bed, the sickbay can hold one patient at a time per bed.
This screenshot also marks the end of the tutorial, and the end of Day 2.

Game Journalism Day 1
PlanetBase is a game in which you land on a planet distant from earth with a small group of people. You command this small group of people, I believe the ultimate goal of PlanetBase is to reach all of the milestones on each planet, and to have reached self sufficiency (which is one of the milestones).

Each of these planets are in the game, they are labeled from left to right, the easiest planet being the desert planet and the most difficult planet being the storm planet.

In the above video you will witness colonists landing on a planet (this is the only planet you may use until reaching a set number of milestones), begging the creation of their colony, You see the colony quickly advancing and seeing what could become of yours if you work hard enough. To sum up this video, its really just a trailer, but I chose it because it shows a lot of what can happen in the game and it only takes a few minutes of your time to watch it.

In this picture you will see each class of colonist that are in the game, and each class of bots that are included in the game as well. They are labeled int he picture above.

Friday Post
What did you do this week?

This week I did the Photoshop assignments you assigned to us. I took the letters of my name that I created in the previous week, and turned my unique letters into words that have the same look and design, such as a mall parking lot, picture of earth from space and an upside down map. After I completed the letter assignments I moved on to the advanced Photoshop assignments and created an advanced car, an advanced lion, and an advanced tree.
This is the advanced Photoshop assignment that I enjoyed making the most.
I took the tree and gave its leaves a rusty texture, I gave the branches and the stump a plastic texture, since this assignment required to have a background of the ocean I decided it would look great if I put the tree on a surfboard, I also gave the surfboard a texture overlay using flowers because
this is a common design.
What did you learn?
If I had to show someone my assignments i would give them my blog address and let

them know that if they had any questions they could feel free to ask me.
If I would show someone my assignments in the original Photoshop files, I would try to explain to them what I did and how I did it, and I would even link them to acssinfotech2016s2.blogspot.ca . If they didn't understand what I did or how to do it I would help them by explaining it to them step by step in their own assignment or even creating my own assignment to help them.
This lion I made would be a very easy and simple project to try to remake.
